Delighted to see the publication of the guidelines for economic assessment of geological risks of deep geothermal projects by the Bundesverband Erdgas, Erdöl und Geoenergie e.V. (BVEG) and DGMK e.V. The adoption of oil & gas risk assessment/probability of success methodologies is a huge step forward and will make financing of deep geothermal projects much easier to explain to the oil & gas investment community.
