We’re excited to announce that Trench Group signed a long-term, non-exclusive supply agreement with GE Vernova’s Grid Solutions business. As per the agreement, Trench will supply Power Transformers Bushings, HVDC DC Wall bushings, Coils and Instrument Transformer to GE Vernova, based on their requirements. This collaboration highlights Trench Group's expertise in high-voltage components for HVDC applications and our shared commitment to provide innovative and reliable solutions that are essential to the future of energy transition and infrastructure development. Trench Group is launching its new service segment to increase long time value for customers With over a century of heritage and a leading position in the high voltage components market, Trench Group has delivered nearly 1.5 million products to 168 countries in the past 25 years. We maintain detailed knowledge of where and by whom our products are in operation, as well as their operational environment. This level of transparency provides an excellent foundation for offering tailored services to our customers. By extending the lifespan of assets, we increase the safety of operation even after decades of use. In times of limited capacity, prolonged operating times can help bridge the lengthy lead times of new components, all while reducing the ecological footprint of transmission systems. We are pleased to welcome Ruchira Sheoran as the head of this new service division, which will commence operations on September 1st. Her role represents a strategically important expansion of our organization, aimed at effectively meeting the growing demand for durable and reliable solutions and ultimately enhancing long-term value for our customers.

Peter Dopplmair takes new role as the new CTO of Trench Group. Effective September 1, 2024, Peter Dopplmair will take over the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Trench Group. In this new role, he will be responsible for the company's technological strategy, promote innovation and leading our digital transformation.   Mr. Dopplmair studied Electrical Engineering at the Higher Technical College of Electrical Engineering in Wels and at the University of Hagen. Since 2004, he has gained extensive experience in various management positions, including at Siemens AG where he worked as Senior Consultant Innovation Strategy, before joining Trench Austria in 2016. At Trench Austria, he was responsible for sales and business development of coil products.   In his new position at Trench Group, Mr. Dopplmair will focus on the development and optimization of sustainable products and will also support our customers with the know-how accumulated over decades by the entire Trench Group. “We are convinced that with his expertise and commitment he will make a decisive contribution to further expanding our position as market leader and actively shaping the future of our company,” says Dr. Bahadir Basdere, President and CEO of Trench Group.   We are very much looking forward to working with Peter Dopplmair and to achieving new successes together.   #TrenchGroup #trenchpeople #wearetrench #digitaltransformation #growth
