The first closing of our second fund is done at €44 million! 🍾 Our Fund II for #startup investments in transformative real estate technologies is now online and with the first closing, we have already reached more than three times the volume of the first closing of our first fund. PT1 Early-Stage Fund II is now live and operational, so we're calling all innovative #Futurebuilders from across Europe that tackle the mega challenges of our time created by increasing scarcity of natural resources, affordable living space and skilled labour. Let's transform the built world together! For the first closing, we welcome more prominent investors like Helaba, Schörghuber Corporate Group, Halton Group or the returning Fund I investor noventic group, who are joining the already announced Commerz Real AG, BRUNATA-METRONA GmbH & Co. KG, evoreal GmbH, JLL Spark, Liechtenstein Group, OTTO WULFF, Scout24 Group and Supernova Invest GmbH. We’re extremely proud of our portfolio company Wunderflats for having been honored with the DIGITAL SME Award 2024 in the society category, recognizing the biggest social impact of an SME in Europe this year! The award was handed out at The European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels by the European DIGITAL SME Alliance, the largest network of ICT small and medium enterprises in Europe, representing more than 45,000 digital SMEs across the EU. 🏠 This achievement celebrates their remarkable initiative #HelfendeWände, which connects housing providers with refugees in need, offering a lifeline to those affected by the war in Ukraine. Since its inception, the initiative has supported 28,000 refugees and connected over 7500 users to offer more than 1100 homes to Ukrainians in need of temporary housing. The Digital SME Award serves as a tribute to those companies that have gone beyond mere business success, inspiring others to set a new trend and proactively demonstrate that positive social outcomes can be still achieved while running a successful business. Congratulations to the founders Jan Hase, Arkadi Jampolski, the entire team at Wunderflats and everyone who opened their homes to people in need!
