Search for attitude and Grit: It takes time to discover what kind of salespeople you want. For Marcin, tenacity was #1. 2. Iterative Hiring: Marcin's hiring journey wasn't perfect from the get-go. Learn from early mistakes, improve your hiring criteria, and focus on persistence and a learning mindset in candidates. 3.
