    Last week I attended the 11th Annual Digital Customer Experience Summit in Toronto✨ On Day 2, I had the honour of sharing the stage with Mark Harrison – here's a short summary of what we discussed: 🔹 Embracing change: With expanded authority, we are modernizing government services to better serve our communities. 🔹 Standard approaches: We implement digital standards and toolkits to enhance consistency and efficiency across departments.
