Sage has released the 2024 Nonprofit Technology Trends Report, which surveyed non-profit finance leaders across Canada. 35% of organizations say the biggest internal barrier facing them currently is a lack of staff with the right skillset to manage their digital transformation journey. *Learning Design* Session #T4S3 It was an interactive “Support Group Panel” format beautifully chaired by Andrew Jacobs Panelists were Julie Dirksen Cammy Bean and Jane Bozarth. Session was kickstarted with a discussion by participants (in 2s)about what your job role is and what you really do. The summary showed a common theme… Instructional designers actually fit into roles outside of their job descriptions. My takeaways 1.
