How Agile Team Spaces and Environments Should be? I have been reading an Agile Essentials book for the past few days by Kalpesh Ashar PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SFC, SFPC, ITIL Co-location and War Room: > Team members in Agile should sit together in a co-location or war room. 🤝 > The designated area should offer ample wall space for information radiators. 📊 Information Radiators: > Information radiators display ongoing project status. 🚀 > They keep stakeholders updated as they pass by the team's work area. 📈 Whiteboard for Project Discussions: > Each team should have a whiteboard for discussing project details and team processes. 🗒️ > Effective communication between teams is emphasized by using whiteboards. 🤔 Refreshment for Effective Work: > Regular refreshment is essential for employees to work effectively. 🍎 > It fosters team bonding and creates opportunities for informal conversations. ☕ #agile #agilecoach #teambuilding #projectmanager #teamspirit

Today, we are discussing the third layer 🧅 of Disciplined Agile®, the Value Stream. 👉 The PMI website defines a value stream as "the set of actions that take place to add value for customers from the initial request through the realization of value by the customers." Each of these hexes represents a "process blade" or a set of options, strategies, and practices that can be considered when making decisions in the value stream process. The hexes in the light purple box are specific to the Value Stream layer, while the dark purple hexes are revisited in the final layer of the Disciplined Agile tool kit. As you move through the layers of the Disciplined Agile tool kit, things can look more complicated, and it can feel overwhelming. However, the strength of the tool kit is the flexibility and options that it provides. Every situation and problem your organization faces is unique.
