It was a pleasure to return to Institutional Connect with Jillian Kennedy for a keynote discussion about the changing retirement landscape, moderated by Amber Kanwar.   The pension industry is thinking big about innovative designs that will deliver lasting value for members. In the interview, Jacky discussed their focus on ensuring financial sustainability as Treasurer and Director of Investments at SFU. He shared the university's approach to responsible investing and strategies for tackling market uncertainty through diversification. Jacky also highlighted the key attributes sought in investment managers. "We understand that no investment strategy can be prepared in every kind of market condition by knowing the context of the market is so unpredictable. We want to establish a multiple manager structure within each and every asset classes. So as a portfolio level we will try to neutralize the impact of the market condition."
