How Trilations helped a long-term client to increase brand uptake. About six months ago, a local brand team from a long-term client approached Trilations. They had launched a new product in Hematology, and while HCP perceptions about the brand were generally positive, the uptake remained below expectations. In alignment with our client, we set up a Competitive Leadership program, which clearly revealed an access issue. Hematologists were not sufficiently aware that our client’s product was included in national and regional guidelines and that it was reimbursed. We collaborated closely with our client through face-to-face workshops to develop a cross-functional action plan. Our client’s cross-functional team took this action plan to heart and began implementing it—and it paid off!
