    Armed with insights from our research involving 2,000+ white-collar males, we developed Better TogetHER, a free, online program created to educate, support and empower individuals in their allyship practices. By increasing awareness and providing actionable steps, Better TogetHER aims to bring everyone along on this journey.

    SheDares is a free online, interactive learning experience that aims to demystify careers in technology for professional women in non-tech industries and equip them for a pivot into the sector. #SheDares has been brought to life in collaboration with Amazon Web Services.

    In the first 7 months following its May launch, SheDares has achieved:
    - 16,000+ women enrolled
    - 5 hires made by AWS from SheDares
    - 62 industry collaborators
    - 34 (and counting) PR Features across…

    SheDares is a free online, interactive learning experience that aims to demystify careers in technology for professional women in non-tech industries and equip them for a pivot into the sector. #SheDares has been brought to life in collaboration with Amazon Web Services.

    In the first 7 months following its May launch, SheDares has achieved:
    - 16,000+ women enrolled
    - 5 hires made by AWS from SheDares
    - 62 industry collaborators
    - 34 (and counting) PR Features across digital, print, outdoor & radio with 24+ million reach

    Key responsibilities:
    - Key post-sales POC
    - Led market research (qual & quant) across Australia & NZ, to better understand the misconceptions held amongst 200+ women in our target audience. This information was then used to design content, user-experience & marketing messaging
    - Develop 8-month marketing strategy and work with team to execute
    - Facilitate product launches for various AWS teams across Australia, NZ and India
    - Facilitate various participant events, often exceeding 100 registrations

    In 2020, The Dream Collective united 20 leading brands in Japan and their CEO’s to contribute to our book Together, She Shines Brighter, where they shared personal stories about how they empowered, mentored, sponsored or supported women in their lives to reach their full potential, in an effort to raise greater awareness of the gender inequalities in Japan.

    Partners included: LVMH, Starbucks, adidas, Suntory, Unilever, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Societe Generale, Novartis

    Across the 3-month campaign live period, Together She Shines Brighter achieved:
    - 350+ book stores
    - 200+ press features
    - 6x increase in website traffic
    - 800,000+ number of social media impressions over 6-month

    Key responsibilities:
    - Key project POC
    - Develop campaign vision & design
    - Develop Japan-specific marketing strategy with the support of local vendors (web, PR, digital marketing, events)
    - Liaise between publisher and clients to meet key milestones
    - Lead post-campaign client reviews
