Once you have created you livehire profile you should get a notification from livehire advising you that you have successfully lodged your application. While creating your profile you can specify areas you are interested so when we have vacancies in those areas you will be notified. Concerning reversal in the recruitment difficulty rate for Queensland. The recruitment outlook survey by Jobs and Skills Australia shows QLD is the only state that employers are finding it increasingly harder to fill vacant roles. Whilst the rest of employers in Australia are benefiting from an ease in recruitment conditions, QLD is going in the opposite direction. Last quarter a 10% increase in the rate made QLD the most difficult state to recruit in, with around 65% of employers encountering significant problems.
