    The Mundaring Water Treatment Plant is a A$300m public private partnership (PPP) project being undertaken in Mundaring, a residential district located approximately 21 miles east of Perth, in Western Australia.

    The project provided a secure, long-term water supply for the Wheatbelt and Goldfields regions of the state while the eastern metropolitan hill suburbs also benefited from the project.

    The Mundaring Water Treatment Plant is a A$300m public private partnership (PPP) project being undertaken in Mundaring, a residential district located approximately 21 miles east of Perth, in Western Australia.

    The project provided a secure, long-term water supply for the Wheatbelt and Goldfields regions of the state while the eastern metropolitan hill suburbs also benefited from the project.

    The plant has an ultimate capacity of about 240,000 cubic meters a day, but will initially be outfitted for 165,000 cubic meters each day.

    BlochTech Engineering was contracted to provide the electrical cabinet design and fabrication for the 50+ control cabinets, and the control system design, supply, development, installation, and commissioning.

    BlochTech Engineering was selected as the system integrator to design, develop, and integrate the Siemens PCS7 control system at the plant.
