We're excited to highlight Zancon’s role in a data centre project at Macquarie Park, Sydney, where we are partnering with Hutchinson Builders to meet all their Construction Planning and Programming requirements. This significant project spans four floors, with two data halls on each floor. Our team is proud to be managing the planning and scheduling for this project. Our scope of works include weekly updates to the contract programs in alignment with the client’s Schedule Management Specifications, ongoing critical path analysis to proactively mitigate potential delays and delivering detailed client reports to ensure transparency. Additionally, we develop look-ahead programs to foresee and address any risks associated with upcoming activities, ensuring the project stays on track.
