La semana pasada, Pearl Consulting tuvo el honor de formar parte del Foro Regional Mipyme 2024 en San Salvador, El Salvador. Extendemos nuestro más sincero agradecimiento a Cenpromype por organizar este evento clave para la región del SICA y por incluir a nuestras colegas Ximena Duran y Luisa Bonilla Galvao de Queiroz en las sesiones temáticas y el lanzamiento del Fondo para la Empresarialidad Femenina por el Gran Ducado de Luxemburgo. Fue un verdadero honor para nuestra Coordinadora para la región,  Ximena Duran, moderar uno de los paneles, donde discutimos junto a otros líderes del sector, Claudia Olmedo, Onan Martínez y Fatima Escobar, los beneficios que la transformación digital aporta a las Mipymes y el rol crucial que juega para el aumento de su productividad y competitividad. Adicionalmente, coincidieron en que adoptar la tecnología digital es crucial para mejorar la eficiencia operativa de las Mipymes. Además, subrayaron la importancia de formar alianzas entre los sectores público, privado y académico para proveer a las Mipymes la capacitación en herramientas digitales necesaria para impulsar su desarrollo y fortalecer su papel en el crecimiento de la región del SICA. Felicitamos a Cenpromype, a su equipo y a la Secretaría General del Sistema de la Integración Centroamericana (SG-SICA) por la organización y realización de este encuentro, así como por reunir a una comunidad tan diversa y talentosa. ====================== Last week, Pearl Consulting participated in the 2024 Regional Mipyme Forum in San Salvador, El Salvador. Thank you to  Cenpromype for organizing this key event for the SICA region and for including our colleagues Ximena Durán Baca and Luisa Bonilla de Galvão de Queiroz in thematic sessions and the launch of the Female Entrepreneurship Fund by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Our Regional Coordinator,  Ximena Durán Baca, moderated one of the panels, where we discussed with other sector leaders, Claudia Olmedo, Onan Martínez, and Fátima Escobar , the benefits that digital transformation brings to Mipymes and its crucial role in enhancing their productivity and competitiveness. Additionally, there was agreement that adopting digital technology is essential for improving the operational efficiency of Mipymes. They also emphasized the importance of forming alliances between public, private, and academic sectors to provide Mipymes with the necessary training in digital tools to boost their development and strengthen their role in the growth of the SICA region. We congratulate Cenpromype, their team, and the Secretariat General of the Central American Integration System (SG-SICA) for bringing together such a diverse and talented community.
