Medical Doctor, founder,Managing Director at Mere Care, a healthcare provider social enterprise based in Honiara, Solomon Islands. Digital Affiliate Marketer in the making.A recent Social Entreprise World Forum Speaker.

Nine weeks on and this inaugural partnership project between the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs(AWE)🇺🇲 led by PNG,Vanuatu & Solomon Islands team & Mere Care 🇸🇧 has been nothing short of transformative at least for myself. Leading the local team, especially the incredible local women entrepreneurs access the online learning platform and in-person sessions, is both very challenging(public speaking not my favourite thing)and yet a fulfilling experience. I am really motivated to elevate each woman in the cohort to greater heights with future business support initiatives. But I have not and will not be able to do this alone. We are looking forward to engage with interested partners, get advice and any support we can to realise our entrepreneurship dreams for a more capable and sustainable well-being of our local women entrepreneurs & their communities. I cannot say this loud enough 👇 Keeping proper business financial records is the NUMBER 1 way to REDUCE TAXES LEGALLY in your formal business! Ask yourself… is it worth my effort to keep a bunch of receipts in chronological order? Is it an energy & time-waste? Or will it save me my hard-earned business money? P.S: I am working behind the scenes today on my next offer to help you build a Digital Finance Filing System to reduce taxes and I wanted to share this as this is part of what this solution is all about. And I can’t wait for you to see it. Drop a ❤️ if you want to learn how to pay less taxes legally! ♻️ Share with someone who runs their own 🇵🇬 small-medium business. #pngtax #pngsme #pngbusiness #pngentrepreneurs #taxeducation #taxliteracy #taxsavvy #businessfinance #moneymanagament #unicornemprise #hellotaxman

Ever feel like your business has a great story to tell, but it’s just not connecting? I’ve been there. Every business has an amazing story, but here’s the thing—the story isn’t really about us. The real hero of our story should be our customer. Until we put our customers at the heart of our narrative, our growth will always be limited. I see this all the time when I start working with new clients. Many businesses focus on their achievements and features, making themselves the hero. But the magic happens when you make your customer the story's hero. So, what does it mean to make the customer the hero of your story and why? 1. Empower Your Customer: Position your brand as the guide, supporting your customer’s journey and helping them overcome challenges. 2. Understand Their Needs: Really get to know what your customers' wants and needs, and shape your messages around those desires. 3. Show Their Transformation: Highlight the journey from where your customer is now to where they want to be, showcasing how your brand helps them achieve their goals. Focusing on these principles will help you create a brand narrative that resonates with your customers, building trust and driving engagement. So, what does it look like to position your customer as the hero? It means shaping your marketing messages around their needs, desires, and challenges. It means being the guide that helps them achieve their goals. Customers who see themselves in your story are more likely to engage, trust, and stick with your brand. Why does this matter? When you shift the focus from self-promotion to customer empowerment, you strengthen brand loyalty, increase engagement, and conduct much more effective marketing. And this is where the secret sauce lies - that stuff that drives customers to buy from you. How do you make your customers the hero of your brand’s story? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments!
