A big shout-out to PolyActiva, Jumar Bioincubator alumni, for their promising Phase 2 clinical trial results for the PA5108 glaucoma implant! 👏 The PA5108 implant tackles the challenge of poor adherence to traditional eye drop therapies by providing consistent, sustained medication delivery. Made from a biodegradable polymer, the implant ensures no residue remains after the drug is fully delivered, allowing for repeat dosing. This innovative technology represents a significant advancement in long-term drug delivery for glaucoma patients. Congratulations to CEO Vanessa Waddell and the PolyActiva team! 🙌 Read more key findings here: https://lnkd.in/dSQ__Y37 Learn more about Polyactiva here: https://polyactiva.com/ #BiotechInnovation #biotech #startups #innovation #incubator #jumarbioincubator
