Over 90% sold of Stage 1 of Baileys Reserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Construction is progressing 👇 • Bulk earthworks operations are ongoing, with continued trimming on allotments to prepare for building pads and retaining walls. • Retaining wall construction is moving forward, adding structure and stability to the landscape. • Environmental care remains a priority with dust suppression from a water cart on-site at all times, and a street sweeper maintaining clean roadways daily. Lewis Land welcomes the recent planning decision from Gold Coast City Council to approve our proposed Harbour Cove development at Biggera Waters. Our vision for Harbour Cove is to create a master planned waterfront community that will deliver ground level retail and dining, communal recreation facilities, more than 500 apartments, and a pedestrian boulevard linking the precinct to Harbour Town Premium Outlets shopping centre. Development Directive have obtained development approval for a substantial revamp of Mount Tamborine’s only major supermarket. The proposal seeks the retrofitting of an existing centre, to optimise its utilisation and improve amenity for users. The Development Approval, required detailed consideration to ensure no conflicts with an underlying Court Approval and due consideration of parking provision for the site. The proposal will see better access to services for residents of Mount Tamborine. Throughout the process we worked closely and collaboratively with the Scenic Rim Regional Council to achieve a co-ordinated and well considered development approval. COURT APPROVED! - YATALA Preliminary Approval for a Material Change of Use for a Rural Residential Subdivision and to Vary the Effect of the Gold Coast City Plan (Variation Request) by a Plan of Development and Development Code; and a Development Permit for Reconfiguring a Lot (creating 14 semi-rural freehold lots, new road and open space from one existing lot). What makes this approval unique is securing a Rural Residential subdivision on land Zoned for Open Space.
