Last Friday, our Cape Town and Gqeberha teams gathered at the impressive Grand Africa Café in Cape Town to celebrate the conclusion of a successful year. The event was filled with camaraderie as we shared a meal and reflected on the achievements that made 2024 stand out. With each keystone cast and delivered, we’re one step closer to completing the Eastern Cape wind farm cluster. Given their size and weight, transporting these critical components is no small feat—13 of the 25 keystones per tower require police escorts for safe delivery. How it Happens: - Rebar installed in a single day for structural strength. - 4-5 hours of casting followed by a 7-10 day curing process. - Locally sourced materials like steel, concrete, and aggregate support job creation and the South African economy.
