Friendly Reminder
- The validity period of the Tourist SIM Card number is determined by the number of days the Tourist SIM Card is purchased and cannot be extended. It is calculated on a 24-hour basis from the time of its activation. (e.g. ＂Tourist SIM 5-Day Card＂ is valid for 5 days (120 hours) from the date of purchase and activation of the card); Limited to voice products Top-up only, Unlimited Data Plan expires concurrently with the card, automatic expiry.
- The Unlimited Data Plan allows the enjoyment of unlimited transmission of domestic mobile internet during the period of validity of the phone number; in the event, the customer engages in improper commercial/illegal activities or unreasonable use, the Company may suspend or restrict the communication service or terminate the contract.
- The ＂Free Airtime＂ is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other Taiwan Mobile phone number ,and when using number without ＂call available balance＂ can be used. The balance will return to zero after the validity period.
- 5G Plan ＂hotspot sharing＂ Free GB refers to the cumulative amount of Internet traffic that can be shared with other users, once the free GB is used up, the hotspot sharing will not be available. However, the unlimited data service will not be affected, and you can still use the internet during the validity period.
- Starting from September 1, 2023, customers who subscribe to our company's prepaid cards will have access to VoLTE high-quality voice calling service. (This service is free of monthly fees, and call charges will be based on the original prepaid card rates.) To use this service, you will need a device that supports VoLTE, and you should restart your phone after enabling VoLTE.
- Internet access speed is affected by the number of users, location, network environment, terminal equipment, transmittal mode, service type and platform capability, building shielding, topography and climate, etc… For example, mobile phone downloads may affect the transmission speed due to the design of APP. The source of the network's use will be switched to a suitable support network based on the location.
- 4G / 5G prepaid card users must use a 4G / 5G-enabled terminal device to use 4G / 5G internet service after the card is activated. It is strongly recommended that 4G / 5G prepaid card users use a 4G / 5G multi-frequency mobile phone for the sake of actual transmission efficiency. If you are using a 5G prepaid card and are using a location that does not support 5G service, your usage will be charged at the 5G service rate when you switch to the applicable support service per Taiwan Mobile's regulations. Please contact our stores for 4G/5G frequency bands and coverage information.
