E573 :- (EX1200-5D) On this machine, Cooler Pump failure rectified, (Pump Repaired at TSL-Joda Site),
and after flushing the Suction Line, Hydraulic tank, Oil Cooler and Oil cooler line, fresh Hyd. Oil charged
(Servo make TH46) , changed Hyd. Filter, Drain line filter. And Recon Cooler Pump Fitted on the
Machine (THCM Workshop Repaired Pump). After Bleeding of all 03 Main pump and cooler pump,
machine started , and found, Cooler Pump Not Regulating.
Checked SF Solenoid Output Pressure , found 0 bar, ( Not a Single drop of oil, pilot hose found dry)
Checked the Wire Continuity found OK.
Check the Current found No Current ( Req. current 285mA to 309mA w.r.t Temp. difference)
Checked the Hydraulic Temp. sensor found OK
Checked Fuel Temp. Sensor found OK
Swiped the Main Controller A & B , for checking, found the desired pilot pressure with respect to current
in SF solenoid)
Changed the Main Controller A, with New and the issue resolved.
Now, There is regulation in Hyd. Cooler pump, w.r.t to Temp. difference , and machine is working fine,
Meanwhile Dismantled the failed controller and found, there was shot circuit and circuit breakage inside
controller, which is responsible for supplying current to SF Solenoid for Regulating the Cooler Pump.

Thank You
