PLAN DE CLASE IMPLEMENTACIÓN Y REPORTE Y REFLEXIÓN
Learning Objective By the end of the lesson, students will be able to describe and talk about a celebration.
EVALUACIÓN
Warm up The teacher will present a Quizizz game in which students play independently on their devices. Students will match some celebrations pictures with
their names. After students finish each question, the teacher will check the results and congratulate students who answered the first and correctly, as
well as give feedback to students who gave wrong answers. At the end of the game the three students who got the first, second and third position will

Sequence of Activities First, the students will be given a Padlet where they are going to write what is their favourite celebration and when it is celebrated. Example: I like my

Close Up By working in the same groups, students will be given a celebration  and will design a slide to describe it. The presentation will be designed by using
Google Slides. Students will work on it online in real-time while the teacher will be giving feedback about their work. The slide will include the name
of the celebration, the place  where it is celebrated, the date when it takes place, activities people do this day and pictures or videos. It has to be
(Exit ticket or close up activity for the class) visual and creative. The first 3 groups that finish will present their work to their classmates. In the last five minutes of the class, the homework will be
presented.
Time: 20 Minutes

Ways of assessment The teacher will be monitoring students’ work and giving feedback through the whole lesson to raise awareness regarding common mistakes,
strengths and weaknesses.

Drilling activities will be used to work on students’ pronunciation. 

Students will choose a celebration and record a video about it. The video will include the name of the celebration, the place,  the date when it takes
place, activities people do this day, additional information the students want to include and pictures or illustrations. It has to be visual and creative.
The video will be uploaded to YouTube, and the link will be shared with the teacher. This should be ready for the next class.

Students will have access to a checklist they will use to assess their class work and final product.
