1.0 Rationale (Importance of the project, in about 30to 50words.This is a

modified version of the earlier one written after the work)
Rationale of MCB (Master in Corporate Business)
The rationale for implementing the Master in Corporate Business (MCB) program is grounded in the
evolving landscape of the business environment and the increasing demand for skilled leaders. Here are the
key points:

1.1 Addressing Market Demand

 Skill Gap: There is a significant gap between the skills possessed by graduates and the
competencies
required by employers. MCB aims to bridge this gap by equipping students with practical skills and
theoretical knowledge.

1.2 Developing Leadership Qualities

 Future Leaders: As businesses face complex challenges, the need for effective leaders who can
navigate uncertainty and drive innovation is crucial. The MCB program focuses on cultivating
leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

1.3 Integration of Theory and Practice

 Real-World Application : By incorporating case studies, group projects, and internships, the
program ensures that students can apply theoretical knowledge in real-world contexts, enhancing
their readiness for the workforce.

1.4 Emphasis on Specialization

 Diverse Career Paths: With elective courses covering various business domains, the MCB program
allows students to tailor their education according to their career aspirations, fostering expertise in
specific areas.

1.5 Global Perspective

 International Business Focus : In an increasingly interconnected world, understanding global

business dynamics is essential. The MCB program incorporates international case studies and
cultural insights to prepare students for global challenges.

1.6 Lifelong Learning and Adaptability

 Continuous Evolution : The business environment is constantly changing due to technological
advancements and market trends. MCB promotes a mindset of lifelong learning, enabling graduates
to adapt and thrive in evolving landscapes.

1.7 Contribution to Society

 Ethical : The program emphasizes ethical decision-making and corporate social

Leadership
responsibility, preparing graduates to contribute positively to society and promote sustainable
business practices

2.0 Aims/Benefits of the Micro-Project:- (In about 50 to 150 words)

 Overcurrent Protection: MCBs automatically disconnect circuits during overloads or short circuits,
preventing damage to electrical equipment and reducing fire risk.

 Resettable: Unlike fuses, MCBs can be reset after tripping, eliminating the need for replacement.

 Sensitive Operation: They respond quickly to overloads and faults, enhancing safety.

 Compact Design: MCBs are smaller than traditional circuit breakers, saving space in electrical panels.

 Individual Circuit Protection: Each circuit can be protected independently, allowing for easy isolation
and maintenance.

4.0 Literature Review:- ( you can include all the all the resources which you have used to
gather the information for the Micro-project)
Sample:-

The literature on corporate business education emphasizes the need for a robust curriculum that prepares
students for the complexities of modern business environments. This review highlights key themes, findings,
and gaps in existing research related to the Master in Corporate Business (MCB).

4.2 Curriculum Design

 Relevance of Core Competencies: Studies (e.g., Mintzberg, 2004) suggest that MBA programs
must emphasize core competencies such as leadership, analytical skills, and ethical judgment to meet
industry demands.

5.0 Actual Methodology Followed (Write step wise work done, data collected
and its analysis (if any). The contribution of individual member may also be
noted.)
The actual methodology for the Master in Corporate Business (MCB) program outlines the systematic
approach to delivering the curriculum, facilitating learning, and assessing student outcomes. This section
details the key components of the methodology procedure.

Outputs of the Micro-Projects

It seems like you might be asking for an overview or details about something related to "out of MCB."
Could you clarify what you mean? Are you looking for information on potential outcomes of the MCB
program, challenges faced, or something else

Skill Developed/Learning outcome of this Micro-Project

 Electrical Safety Awareness: Understanding how MCBs protect against electrical hazards fosters a
strong safety mindset.

 Circuit Design Knowledge: Learning to select and integrate MCBs into electrical systems enhances
circuit design skills.

 Troubleshooting Abilities: Gaining experience in diagnosing issues related to MCBs improves problem-
solving skills.

 Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with installation and maintenance procedures increases technical
competence in electrical work.

 Load Calculation Skills: Developing skills in calculating electrical loads helps inselecting appropriate
MCB ratings.

 Regulatory Compliance Understanding: Knowledge of standards and regulations regarding circuit

protection promotes adherence to safety codes.

 Systematic Thinking: Evaluating circuit needs and MCB specifications encourages systematic and
analytical thinking

 Applications of this Micro-Project:- (In about 30 to 50 words)

 main function of an MCB is to protect an appliance or device from short-

circuit and overload conditions.
It is installed in homes, shops, offices, etc.
It protects the home against the overload of the
circuit. MCBs replace the usual rewireable
fuses.
 It can be utilized by an arc-fault or GND fault mechanism as it includes a
system that
simply opens the contacts once a fault from line to GND occurs.
