Practice in accordance to with legal principles and the code of ethics in making

Makes a timely escalation of required medical interventions for an emergent
situation.
Administers medications and treatments with knowledge off the cause and
effects thereof.
Ensures that all supplies and medical/surgical devices are adequate and are
encoded in the Healthcare System.
Assesses patient and significant others learning needs and educate on patient’s
health needs and deemed necessary.
Ensures that informed consent is obtained whenever indicated.
Performs a timely and accurate documentation of all pertinent observations and
patient care interventions rendered.
Reports immediately for timely interventions, patient/relative and MD concerns
safety related incidents such as adverse drug events, patient’s fall and others.
Observe patients and family rights and confidentiality at all times.
Acts and performs within the professional ethic-moral standards.
Attends to personal and professional improvements through attendance to
training and others.
Escalates panic values of laboratory tests, patient’s concerns to doctors and
appropriate authorities.
Ensure that all Doctors, are notified of their admissions, referrals and discharges
promptly.
Collaborates with Doctors Ancillary Services, Pharmacy, Dietary, Laboratory,
Billing Office and other patient’s requirements that they need to provide.
Prepares equipment and instruments and ensures its safety, functionality and
sterility.
Anticipates and attends to patient and his/her significant others need to fulfill the
goal of customer delight.
Actively participates in the nursing plan of care to ensure continuity of care and
documents nursing interventions and outcomes.
Creates a support environment conducive to healing and prevent patients from
further pain, injury and harm.
Maintains emotional stability to help patients and their significant others work
through the treatment process and cope with death if treatment fails.
Guide nurse trainees, nursing aides and ward clerks.
Activates child protection services and recommends/incorporate other resources

Job Description:
Analyzing the ticket or the project that was given to us by research, using tools
and references given by the company.
Reviews the ticket and researches for appropriate planning.
Planning excellently, just to ensure that all information given in the ticket will
correctly planned. As per tools and references.
In preparation with the implementation, we review it line by line in order to have
no errors.
Manually implementing and inputting all the necessary plan codes in our tool
(RxClaim or AS400).
Automatic implementation of the plan codes depending on the ticket that was
assigned to us.
Self-checking on our project after the implementation by using POET in order for
us to accurately use Microsoft Excel’s (CountIf, Vlookup and Concatenate).
Peer checking before sending it to IQR to lessen the possibility of revision.
