CSP : COLD STORE PANELS
7
CSP : COLD STORE PANELS
EIP CSP panels are suitably made for different construction designs such as
single-external-box, box-in-a-box or rack supported cladding systems.
EIP CSP panels are used in an array of different applications such as cold stores,
distribution centers, meat processing plants, poultry, fruit and vegetables,
flower industry, fish processing and dairy plants.
The double tongue-and-groove joint geometry ensures a precise interlocking of
the panels with the utmost ease. This practically eliminates the risk of thermal
bridging and provides an air-tight joint between the panels. The extended steel
edges within the joint system provide additional strength and protection against
fire by prolonging the amount of time the flames take to reach the panel’s core.
The CSP panel is a versatile product, allowing for use in Walls, Ceilings and
Partitions.
Panel thicknesses : 55, 80, 100, 120, 140, 150, 170 and 200mm
System Width : 1110mm (effective coverage width)
Panel lengths : 2000mm to 18000mm
Thickness : 55mm to 200mm
Joint System : Fire-Rated double tongue and groove slip joint
Profile Options : Low Rib, Micro Lining, Micro Wave, Groove and Flat

TRP : TRAPEZOIDAL ROOF PANELS
9
TRP : TRAPEZOIDAL ROOF PANELS
The Trapezoid Roof Panel (TRP) 40/333 is an all-rounder roof
cladding solution, suitable for use in all buildings with roof slopes
as low as 30 (5.50%). It can be installed horizontally or vertically on
any building with positive internal temperatures.
EIP’s roof panels are used to clad almost any type of construction
across a wide variety of sectors, including industrial and commercial
warehouses, manufacturing facilities, high-bay clad-rack warehouses,
agricultural buildings, office complexes, retail shops, super/hyper
markets, modular housing, military establishments, airport
maintenance sheds, educational centers, healthcare and residential
structures, theme parks and shopping malls.
The TRP panels include a side-lap joint with through-fix fasteners
and are designed for maximum weather-tightness.
Alternative profile options such as Micro Lining, Micro Wave,
Groove and Flat profiles are also available for the internal side of
TRP panels. With an inverted orientation, these roof panels are
also suitable to create flat roofs.
EIP also provides a Flex option with an inner Alufoil facer instead
of steel, especially suitable for budget-sensitive projects.

HFW : ARCHITECTURAL WALL PANELS
12
HFW : ARCHITECTURAL WALL PANELS
The Hidden-Fix Wall (HFW) is an architectural wall panel with a hidden-fix joint
system that conceals the fasteners used to install the panels, thus providing a smooth
and seamless finish. The HFW panels can be installed horizontally or vertically on any
building with positive internal temperatures. These panels are known to be the top
choice for architects when creating stunning façades with specific aesthetics.
EIP’s wall panels are used to clad almost any type of construction, across a wide
variety of sectors including industrial and commercial warehouses, manufacturing
facilities, high-bay clad-rack warehouses office complexes, healthcare and residential
structures, among many more.
HFW panels can easily be cut and modified to satisfy different needs without
sacrificing the beauty of the façade.
Panel thicknesses range from 50 to 100mm, capable of meeting and exceeding local
building regulation requirements and U value thermal considerations.
HFW panels’ minimum length is 2m and maximum length is 18m.
Alternative surface profile options such as Micro Lining, Micro Wave, Groove & Flat
are also available.

COMPLEMENTARY PRODUCTS & SERVICES
EIP offers a variety of complementary products and services, with the
aim of providing complete turnkey solutions for our valued clients.
EIP also provides flashings & fixing accessories, roof skylights, floor
insulation, floor heaters and pressure relief valves.
14
FIRE RESISTANCE & CERTIFICATIONS
EIP’s Fire Shield incorporates a high grade polyisocyanurate (PIR)
insulation core with a specially-designed, double tongue &
groove fire-rated joint. It provides superior fire-resistance
properties and the special joint further protects the core from
flame ingress, enabling the panel to maintain its structural
integrity when exposed to fire.
Fire resistant panels do not spread fire, contribute to it, spit out
burning droplets or emit excessive smoke. Fire resistant panels
preserve their integrity and heat insulation properties for a
certain period of time. In the event of a fire, EIP’s fire-resistant
panels, with all of their beneficial properties, will provide for
sufficient time for occupants to safely evacuate the building and
implement fire-fighting measures.
15
15
FIRE RESISTANCE & CERTIFICATIONS
EIP’s Fire Shield panels have received FM Approval as Class 1 insulated
panels with no height restriction in accordance with FM Approvals
standards 4880, 4881, 4882 and 4471. This vigorous testing was
completed in the USA and also covered internal & external usage, even
for smoke-sensitive occupancies.
Our panels have also passed other tests which focus on ignitability,
smoke development and flame spread, including:
- ASTM E84 - NFPA 285 - EN 13501-1 - EN 13501-2 - ASTM E108
- ASTM D1929
