概述 Introduction
泥浆泵是地质矿产、水文水井、工程地质钻探工程的重要配套设备；也是水平非开挖铺设

管线、盐矿采卤对接连通井等特种钻井工程的重要配套设备；还是高压灌浆止水防渗，软弱地

基加固等岩石钻掘工程的重要设备之一，其性能的好坏直接影响到工程施工效率、速度、质量

与安全。因而选择参数合理、质量可靠、性能优良、价格适度的泥浆泵对于施工单位尤为必要。

泥浆泵是一种卧式三缸单作用往复式活塞泵。由低速大扭矩径向液压马达驱动，有四档变

速，可调四级流量，专为水平导向非开挖钻机配套；具有高压力、可变量、参数合理、结构先

进、性能可靠、重量轻、移动方便等显著特点。

The mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting reciprocating piston pump. Driven by a

low-speed and high-torque radial hydraulic motor, it has four gears of variable speed and adjustable

four-stage flow rate, which is specially designed for horizontally oriented trenchless drilling rigs; It

has the remarkable characteristics of high pressure, variable, reasonable parameters, advanced

structure, reliable performance, light weight and easy to move.

一、 结构组成 Structural components

泥浆泵由主泵、机座、安全阀、卸荷阀、压力表、蓄能器、排出接头、吸入接头、

注水漏斗、低速大扭矩径向马达以及专用工具等组成。

泥浆泵由液力端和动力端两大部分组成：

The mud pump is composed of two parts: the hydraulic end and the power end

安全阀由钢球阀、导向套、压缩弹簧、调整螺栓等组成；卸荷阀由针阀、壳体等组成。

压力表选用抗震压力表。

配套的专用工具用于快速拆装阀盖、缸盖、活塞、吸排水阀座，盘根密封盒等。用户应掌

握好专用工具的使用技巧，以便快速换装。

The supporting special tools are used for quick disassembly and assembly of valve covers,
cylinder heads, pistons, suction and drain valve seats, packing sealing boxes, etc. Users should

master the skills of using special tools in order to quickly to change them if necessary.

二、 使用操作特别注意事项
Special precautions for operation
1.开泵前，向曲轴箱内加注适合当地气温的润滑油，要求加至泥浆泵两侧的圆形

油标的中心高度。如施工时钻机倾斜，需确保泥浆泵中的润滑油不得低于任意
一侧的油标中心。用户应定期检查润滑油，如油液缺少或肮脏，应及时补充或
更换。

Before starting the pump, fill the crankcase with lubricating oil suitable for the local temperature,

which is required to be added to the center height of the circular oil mark on both sides of the mud

pump. If the drilling rig is tilted during construction, it is necessary to ensure that the lubricating

oil in the mud pump shall not be lower than the center of the oil mark on either side. The user

should check the lubricating oil regularly, and if the oil is missing or dirty, it should be replenished

or replaced in time.

2.将吸水管与蓄水箱连接，建议将吸水管连接在蓄水箱的下半部，且在施工过程
中，应确保水箱中的液面始终高于吸水口，这样可以有效避免吸入空气，造成
活塞干磨，漏水，吸水不畅，出水不连贯，运转顿挫，甚至损坏相关传动部件
等意外情况的发生。如果开泵时吸水管内有空气，可先将卸荷阀打开，排出管
内空气，再将卸荷阀关闭。

ensured that the liquid level in the water tank is always higher than the water absorption port, which

can effectively avoid the occurrence of air inhalation, resulting in dry grinding of the piston, water

leakage, poor water absorption, incoherent water outlet, frustration of operation, and even damage to

related transmission parts. If there is air in the suction pipe when the pump is turned on, you can

open the relief valve first, discharge the air in the pipe, and then close the relief valve

3. 施工时，应使用恰当的柴油机转速和泥浆泵挡位，以便输出适合当时工况
的水量和水压，泥浆泵有 4 个可以切换的机械挡位，其可供输出的水量和水压，
详见位于泥浆泵顶部的参数标牌。

(1)换挡前，必须先停泵，且换挡完成之前，不得开泵！

(4)用扳手旋转一轴左端的四方块，使一轴旋转 3°~5°，同时移动变速手柄，这样有助

于一轴和二轴上的齿轮完成同步，即可轻松完成换挡。如无法转动一轴，则检查变速手柄

是否位于空挡，或者液压马达是否完全泄压。换挡时不可过度用力操作换挡手柄，以免造

成损坏。换挡完成后，必须将扳手撤下；

4.施工时，如果出水不连贯，先换成高速档运转 3 至 5 分钟，冲出积存在吸入球阀周边的泥

团碎渣，如情况没有改善，则应打开泵头底部放水堵，用木杆多次顶开钢球，以排除压在球

阀上积存的泥团碎渣。同时应检查吸水管内是否有空气吸入。阀座应定期检查，及时更换，

不得松动脱落，以免损坏泵头。

5 minutes, and flush out the mud and debris accumulated around the suction ball valve, if the

situation is not improved, the bottom of the pump head should be opened to discharge the water

block. Poke the steel ball several times with a wooden pole to eliminate the mud and debris

accumulated on the ball valve. At the same time, the suction pipe should be checked for if air sucked

in. The valve seat should be checked regularly and replaced in time, and should not be loosened and

fall off to avoid damage to the pump head.

5.施工时，如果活塞发生磨损，曲轴箱前部泄水口会有水流出，应及时停泵，更

换活塞。不得在漏水状态下使用泥浆泵，以免水或泥浆进入到齿轮箱，对泥浆
泵造成损坏。

the crankcase, and the pump should be stopped in time to replace the piston. The mud pump

should not be used in a leaky state, so as to avoid water or mud entering the gearbox and causing

damage to the mud pump.

6.活塞杆应定期清理，以免泥浆附着在活塞杆外表面，影响活塞杆和盘根密封圈
的使用寿命。

The piston rod should be cleaned regularly to avoid mud adhering to the outer
surface of the piston rod and affecting the service life of the piston rod and packing
seal.

7.施工完成后，泥浆泵需用清水开高速档循环清洗 3 至 5 分钟，排出内部残留的
泥浆。

water for 3 to 5 minutes to drain the remaining mud inside.
8.安全阀在出厂前，已调好额定压力，用户不可随意变动与调整，以免发生安全
事故。

will, so as to avoid safety accidents.
9. 如环境温度过低，容易引起结冰时，若停泵时间较长，需将泥浆泵内的水排

除干净，或加注防冻液，以免冻裂机体。同时避免结冰，在启动泥浆泵时，顶断
运动部件。

for a long time, the water in the mud pump needs to be drained clean, or antifreeze
should be filled to avoid freezing and cracking the body. At the same time, it avoids
icing and breaks the moving parts when starting the slurry pump.
三、 维护保养须知

1. 经常检查紧固件是否松动，如松动必须拧紧。

tightened.
2.经常检查各密封件处是否渗漏，若有渗漏，应及时更换。
Check the leakage of sealing parts frequently. If leakage occurs, replace it in time.
3.经常检查各轴承部位是否有噪声或发热，有噪声则间歇大，发热则间歇过小，
应分别调整间隙，直到正常运转为止。
