    LEARN PROCEDURE

    Supported exclusively by Wittur UK

    Preparation for learning:

     Take the car away from the landing doors (out of door zone).

     Mount the reference switch in any way, that the switch and magnet are opposite when the door panels are closed

     Service Drive has to be activated.

     Hold both test drive buttons until the motor gives a long buzz, and the service light comes on (Ser).

     Drive the doors closed using the test buttons. Make sure that the skate is relaxed when the buttons are released.
    For fixed couplers, fully close the doors.

     If the skate is not relaxed, quickly press the door open button so that the skate relaxes but the door panels
    don’t move.

     Switch the power off.

    Learning of coupler width and door width (Standard):

     Switch power on. Put the drive into service mode and, using the test buttons, move door out of reference switch area
    (Ref LED has to be off).

     Move the door by hand in close direction until door is fully closed (Ref LED is on).

     Press both test drive buttons for at least 6 seconds until the motor has vibrated 5 times.

     Release one of the test drive buttons (keep pressing one of them) door starts automatic learning.

     ATTENTION. The door panels will move as long as one of the service drive buttons is pressed. In case of any
    mechanical malfunction, release the button and the door stops. A short stop of the door movement will not lead
    to cancelling the automatic learning procedure.

     Hold the button until the door finished learning cycles (at least two door openings).

     Release the test drive button after the vibration of the motor signals end of learning and the State LED (ST) goes out.

     Press both service drive buttons to release the service mode (motor will vibrate and Ser LED will go out).

    Learning of door width only (Fixed coupler):

     Switch power on.

     Press both test drive buttons for at least 6 seconds until the motor starts and has vibrated 4 times.

     Release one of the test drive buttons (keep pressing one of them) door starts automatic learning.

     ATTENTION. The door panels will move as long as one of the service drive buttons is pressed. in case of any
    mechanical malfunction, release the button and the door stops. A short stop of the door movement will not lead to
    cancelling the automatic learning procedure.

     Hold the button until the door finished learning cycles (at least two door openings).

     Release the test drive button after the vibration of the motor signals end of learning and the State LED (ST) goes out.

     Press both service drive buttons to release the service mode (motor will vibrate and Ser LED will go out).

    Learning door width and coupler width without reference sensor:

     Turn off power, move door, by hand, from closed position to around 50mm in open direction.

     Switch on dip switch S1/1 and turn on power.

     Move door, by hand, into the close end position.

     Press both test drive buttons for at least 6 seconds until the motor has vibrated 5 times.

     Release one of the test drive buttons (keep pressing one of them) door starts automatic learning.

     ATTENTION. The door panels will move as long as one of the service drive buttons is pressed. In case of any
    mechanical malfunction, release the button and the door stops. A short stop of the door movement will not lead to
    cancelling the automatic learning procedure.

     Hold the button until the door finished learning cycles (at least two door openings).

     Release the test drive button after the vibration of the motor signals end of learning and the State LED (ST) goes out.

     Turn off dip switch S1/1.
