You need to prepare a comprehensive proposal for your upcoming term project, which will be due at the
end of the semester. This proposal serves as the blueprint for the project. It outlines your intended goals,
plans, and methodologies for completing the project. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to take the
time to carefully consider and thoughtfully articulate each of the following critical areas in your proposal:

• Firstly, please provide a clear and concise statement of the purpose and problem that your project
aims to address. This should include a detailed overview of the background, significance, and
relevance of the problem you are attempting to solve, as well as an explanation of how your
project contributes to the broader field of study.
• Secondly, please outline the scope and objectives of your project. This should provide a com-
prehensive overview of what you hope to achieve through your project and clearly describe the
tasks, goals, and deliverables you plan to undertake. Please ensure your objectives are measur-
able, attainable, and aligned with your purpose and problem statement.
• Thirdly, please describe the technologies and tools you plan to use in your project. This should
include a thorough overview of any software, hardware, or programming languages that will
be utilized, as well as an explanation of why these tools are best suited to the needs of your
project.
• Fourthly, please detail your planned methodology and work process for completing the project.
This should provide a step-by-step overview of the specific activities, timelines, and milestones
you plan to undertake and clearly explain how you will measure your progress and ensure that
your project remains on track.
• Lastly, please outline your expected results and contribution to originality. This should include a
clear description of your project’s expected outcomes and an explanation of how these outcomes
will contribute to the existing body of knowledge in your field of study. Additionally, please
outline any potential areas of innovation or originality that your project may uncover and how
these may have implications for future research or practice.

Project Report: You need to prepare proposal report.

Teamwork: You are expected to work with term project members.

Cheating Policy: Cheating is strictly prohibited. It must be your work. Do not use each other’s
code. In such a case, all the cheaters, including the original project, will be penalized heavily. Do not
include external people for help.

Submission: Project Announcement date: 08 May 2023 Last Submission date: 26 May 2023 18:30
(Late submission will not accept) You must upload your project proposal. Don’t forget to add your
Project Group’s Members using itslearning system.

Presentation:
• Presentation date: 26 May 2023 - During lecture time

• Duration of the presentaion: Maximum 10 minutes.


• If you don’t do a presentation, you won’t get any points from the project.

Grading criterias:
• Clarity and accuracy of the problem and purpose statement (3 points)

• Precise definition of scope and objectives (3 points)


• Accuracy and suitability of the technologies and tools selected (2 points)
• Detailed and realistic methodology and work process (3 points)

• Clear description of expected results and contribution to originality (4 points)
