Manali.

After having breakfast and drive closer to the memerising mountain ranges. Kasol is the small village resides just
beside the Parvathy River. This place is especially for getting High having rave parties. This place is best hippie
place in India. Manikaran Sahib is a gurudwara, the speciality of this place is this place got Natural Hot springs.
Even in winter we can experience these hot springs. The distance from Kasol to manikaran is about 5kms, i
suggest you to walk/hike to this place as you can see the best picturesque glimpses of nature. The gurudwara is so
peaceful and also there is a temple on the other side of the river, you can go to this temple through Footover Bridge

2 Children between 5- 10 Years & Adults (Above 10yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.

Booking & Payment Policy

For booking confirmation, Please follow the instructions mentioned below:

1 20% initial amount of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.

2 Vouchers will be issued after receiving 50% of the payment of package cost.

3 30% payment should be done on arrival.

4 Rest payment should be done on your first check-in in hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellation policy, Please follow the instructions mentioned below:

1 If holiday plan gets cancelled pre-D-45 75% amount will be refundable.

2 If holiday plan gets cancelled pre-D-30 50% amount will be refundable.

3 If holiday plan gets cancelled pre-D-20 25% amount will be refundable.

4 If holiday plan gets cancelled within 20 D amount will be nonrefundable.

AMENDMENT {Postpone & Prepone Policy}

For Amendent, Please follow the instructions mentioned below:

1 In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail.

2 The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will
attract additional charges.

3 Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will
deducted from the advance amount deposited.

4 In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

5 We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes,package can be postponed which will be intimated to you
beforehand.

6 The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

7 The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking
you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

 There is no Contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount per person as specified for each tour package. The full payment
must be received in accordance with procedures laid down under Payments Terms. If not paid in that time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking with consequent loss of
deposit and apply scale of cancellation charges as mentioned in the cancellation policy here under.

 To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion or facility it has advertised or published or to substitute an Independent Contractor of similar class if it is deemed
advisable or necessary. In either case, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the Clients or for any compensation
claims made.

 t is clear understanding between either parties that any loss arising on account of cancellation of flight / train / bus tickets booked by the Clients; either through the Company or on
his/her own or through a third party; the Company shall not be liable for such losses or additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the Clients.

 No person other than the Company, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition in this brochure.

 HEALTH & SAFETY The Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever will be liable to the Client or any person traveling for: Any death personal injury, sickness, accident, loss ,
delay , discomfort ,increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused Any act, omission, default or Independent Contractor or other
person or be any servant or agent , employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities or service for the Client or
