The undisputed heavyweight champion of carryback removal , the XHD Pre - Cleaner is built
rugged to stand up to abuse . Massive blades — more than twice as large as standard belt clean-
ers — are secured in all - metal track . Overhanging blade “skirts” keep material out of the track .
◆“Thinking Big” Reduces Service
Blades that are twice as big as conventional cleaners means they last longer. You’ll spend less
money on replacement blades, and less time installing them .
◆Simple Maintenance
Assembly, disassembly, and service of the XHD Pre - Cleaner requires only hand tools . To
remove blades , unbolt either side of track , or slide blade off either end .
◆CARP Constant Angle Blade Design
The XHD Pre - Cleaner uses rugged MSHA - accepted urethane blades with a 6 .5 in. (165 mm)
wear life . The patented “CARP ” constant cleaning angle provides effective carryback removal
with minimal pressure , reducing wear on blade , belt , and splice .
