 BSNL has commercially launched the MultiPlay services for its Broadband Customers.
 Initially two services namely IPTV and Video on Demand have been launched. Any Broadband customer of
BSNL can avail these services by purchasing / hiring a Set Top Box. Various services which can be availed
through ‘MultiPlay’ are
 Telephone - Voice (for tariff see Annexure – 1)
 High-Speed Internet – Data (for tariff see Annexure – 2)
 IPTV (Cable TV) - Video
 Video on Demand (VoD) – Video
 Pre-requisite for MultiPlay – BSNL Landline + Broadband connection

applicable in case the MPLS node is not available at the particular location.
▫ Installation (one time) applicable.
▫ Service Tax extra as applicable.
