    TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

    I. Introduction

    Teachers’ Association is one of the most important organizations in the school.


    The vital role signifies cooperation and harmonious relationship with the teachers and
    school administrators in terms of the implementation of the different programs and
    activities in the school. The association is helping hand in hand to come up with the
    good result of the program and activities undertaken.
    The Ballesteros Sr. Elementary School Teachers Association (BESTA) is having an
    election in each school year to have a new set of officers that will lead the said
    association.

    II. Activities Undertaken

     Election of BESTA Officers

    The BESTA headed by Mr. Danny S. Cantila, President of the school year 2021-
    2022 facilitated an election on September 15, 2022 for the new set of officers. The
    following were chosen as BESTA officers for the SY 2022-2023:

    After the said election was a meeting proper. The president together with the
    officers and the whole association discussed the different activities and programs of the
    be undertaken in the school particularly the teachers team building.

     World Teachers’ Day Celebration

    In order to honor the value and important of teachers, the BESTA in


    collaboration of the Supreme Pupil Government Officers (SPGO) gathered with a
    meeting for the planning and program for the celebration of the World Teachers’ Day
    Culmination.
    On October 5, 2022, the Ballesteros Sr. Elementary School celebrated the said
    event. There were different activities done and the pupils gave honor and pay tribute to
    the different teachers and principal. Right after the said program, there was a team
    building happened where teachers played and having fun with each other.

     Teachers Christmas Party

    Christmas parties are an opportunity to show staffs that they are appreciated
    and can be a great way of celebrating the birth of our savior Jesus Christ. It is the time
    of joy and celebration were everyone shows the love and gifts giving.
    The Ballesteros Sr. Elementary School teachers and staffs were celebrated
    Christmas Party on December 20, 2022 at GreenHouse in Dumagoc, Pagadian City.
    There was a short program headed by the new school principal, Dr. Jessevic D. Boloron
    where teachers used to sing and chitchat with each other. There was also an
    exchanging of gifts to their surprised manita/manito. The celebration was full of fun
    and specially that the Christmas break is there at hand.
