The presiding officer, Hon. Wahab M. Ibba, Punong Barangay, presented to the body about the
need to have 10 Barangay Health Emergency Rescue Team (BHERT) Temporary Worker, to
CONDUCT and Assist the Barangay Health Workers in everyday Project/Activities, for this month our
Health Workers during conducting of Training and Seminars for Parents-Youths Development and
Capacity Building, Data gathering & Filing of Data’s that’s been gathered and other related Programs.

WHEREAS, this 10 Barangay Health Emergency Rescue Team (BHERT) Temporary Worker
will Assist the Barangay Health Workers in everyday Project/Activities, for this month our Health Workers
during conducting of Training and Seminars for Parents-Youths Development and Capacity Building, Data
gathering & Filing of Data’s that’s been gathered and other related Programs.

NOWTHEREFORE, after due deliberation and consideration on the matter upon motion of
Kagawad Zha-Adnezzar S. Daris and duly seconded by Kagawad Phyllis M. Granada, it was;

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved that the Barangay Council of Recodo concurrence approved
the 10 Barangay Health Emergency Rescue Team (BHERT) Temporary Worker to conduct Assist the
Barangay Health Workers in everyday Project/Activities, for this month our Health Workers during
conducting of Training and Seminars for Parents-Youths Development and Capacity Building, Data
gathering & Filing of Data’s that’s been gathered and other related Programs. Under the MOOE –
HEALTH AND NUTRITION SERVICES – BHERT OF AB 2023.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the City Accounting Office
and file.

The presiding officer, Hon. Wahab M. Ibba, Punong Barangay convened the Honorable
Members of Sangguniang Barangay of Recodo, in a special meeting to discuss regarding the this 10
Barangay Health Emergency Rescue Team (BHERT) Temporary Worker, under the MOOE –
HEALTH AND NUTRITION SERVICES – BHERT OF AB 2023.

WHEREAS, this this 10 Barangay Health Emergency Rescue Team (BHERT) Temporary
Worker can help the Barangay Health Workers to accomplish their works or job faster, and also give
good services to the people of Barangay Recodo who is needing an assistance in terms of emergency
needs.

NOWTHEREFORE, after due deliberation and consideration on the matter upon motion of
Kagawad Zha-Adnezzar S. Daris and duly seconded by Kagawad Phyllis M. Granada, it was;

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved that the Sangguniang Barangay Council of Recodo

concurrence approved the 10 Barangay Health Emergency Rescue Team (BHERT) Temporary
Worker under MOOE – HEALTH AND NUTRITION SERVICES – BHERT OF AB 2023, in order to help
the Barangay Health Workers to accomplish their works or job faster, and also give good services to the
people of Barangay Recodo who is needing an assistance in terms of emergency needs. from July 01-
31, 2023 a total of 30 days with an amount equivalent to Php. 30,000.00, under the MOOE – HEALTH

job done covered from July 01 to 31, 2023, a total of 30 days, with an amount equivalent to Php.
30,000.00. That funding will be taken under the MOOE – HEALTH AND NUTRITION SERVICES –
BHERT OF AB 2023.

NOWTHEREFORE, after due deliberation and consideration on the matter upon motion of
Kagawad Harun T. Daris and duly seconded by Kagawad Phyllis M. Granada, it was;

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved that the Sangguniang Barangay Council of Recodo

concurrence approved and accept the 10 Barangay Health Emergency Rescue Team (BHERT)
Temporary Worker on the job done from July 01 to 31, 2023., a total of 30 days, with an amount
equivalent to Php. 30,000.00. That funding will be taken under the MOOE – HEALTH AND NUTRITION
SERVICES – BHERT OF AB 2023.
