GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: THE FOUNDATION OF THE PRACTICE
MitKat’s Physical Security Design Consulting and Project Management is a “Risk management” practice
which incorporates a full range of measures that may be used to limit, reduce or eliminate the
probability that an undesirable outcome will occur.
We study the plethora of risks which an organisation may come across, anticipate the magnitude of
the undesirable outcome, if it does occur, evaluate the probability of the occurrence and suggest the
solutions most suitable to the oranisation.
There is no single method or solution to manage the Risk. Numerous people provide a wide range of
suggested methodologies for managing the Risk but determining the right solution by studying all
necessary aspects one should scrutinized to decide how to manage the Risk is the area of MitKat’s
expertise which sets us different than crowd.
As Risk are everchanging with time, “Risk management” becomes a dynamic process. To be effective,
our objective while solutioning begins with establishing goals, followed by establishing objectives to
meet those goals. We believe, that the solution we proposed to our Client should be “SMART” enough
in terms of:

※ Specific ※ Attainable ※ Time-based

※ Measurable ※ Realistic

In today’s world, “Risk management” should be looked upon as a continuous, on-going, standard
process for any organization. There will always be risks and hence there will always be room for
improvement.
