    I. Rationale

    Municipal Convergence Committee Meeting is conducted with partner agencies to monitor the
    overall implementation of the remaining convergence programs in the Municipality, the
    Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program and the Sustainable Livelihood Program. The purpose of
    the activity is to ensure the synergy of action and synchronization of project related activities
    with partner agencies and local implementers, to ensure the availability of supply side in health,
    education, and nutrition, promote complementation of services with other stakeholders as well as
    to provide the necessary support services to meet the conditionalities for the success of program.

    II. Objectives

    At the end of a one-day activity, the following should have been achieved:

    1. To be able to present updates, targets, and accomplishmnts of two remaining


    convergence programs- the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program and Sustainable
    Livelihood Program.
    2. To be able to present supply side issues to addressed and secure specific
    commitments of the LGU and partner agencies to comply and respond to the
    increasing demand on education and health services.
    3. To provide the necessary pathways of intervention that may be undertaken by the
    team to address the issues concerning implementation of the two remaining
    convergence programs.

    IV. Expected Outputs

    It is hoped that all issues in the implementation of the two remaining convergence
    programs be addressed and given specific commitments of the LGU and partner agencies.

    V. Description of the Activity

    The Municipal Convergence Committee Meeting will be conducted at Dadivas Hall to


    ensure that IATF protocols will be observed during the activity. The activity will be
    facilitated by team headed by the CMAT, Pantawid Team Leader and other members of
    the team LGU links, SWA and MRB. It will be attended by all Sangguniang Bayan
    Members, ABC President, Department heads in LGU (DA, MPDC, Health, DRRMO,
    POPCOM, DILG) and Heads of National Agencies DEPED, PNP, BF

    Note: This will be the basis for funding proposal which can be charged to the 5% GAD
    Budget of the municipal LGU.

    VIII. Recommendation
