COURSE TITLE : TRAINERS METHODOLOGY COURSE

COURSE DURATION : 264 hours

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION :
This training program is designed to equip
the participants with the necessary knowledge
and skills in performing the tasks in the areas of
instructional delivery / facilitation, competency
assessment, and maintenance of training
resources / facilities.

• 7am – 6pm

Competency-Based
Training (CBT)

CBT is a training delivery


approach that focuses on
the competency
development of the
learner as a result of the
training.
Competency-Based Training . . .

1. emphasizes most on what the


learner can actually do;
2. focuses on outcomes rather than
the learning process within
specified time;
3. is concerned with the attainment
and application of knowledge,
skills and attitude to a specific level
of competency.

detailed instructions to guide them through the
learning process.

• Learning that is guided toward achieving the
competency required in a workplace;
• Tools that facilitate individual learning process;
• Instruments that measure the competency
required in the workplace.
