    RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE PROVINCIAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT THROUGH HON. GOVERNOR
    ROGELIO J. ESPINA FOR A FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE BARANGAY ACCESS ROAD REHABILITATION PROJECT
    AMOUNTING ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00) AT ZONE III, VALENTIN ROAD, BRGY. SABANG, NAVAL, BILIRAN.

    WHEREAS: the said area is an access and a very narrow road, for it any vehicles, cars, or any mode of
    transportation have difficulties in road accessibility;

    WHEREAS: the requested road expansion project poses positive impacts on families living nearby the
    said area, not limited to, the increase of accident scenario, etc.;

    WHEREAS: the Sangguniang Council determined that the requisition of a road expansion of Valentin Rd.
    adjacent to and near the community is best interest as a whole;

    THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Isagani Q. Sabondo, duly and unanimously seconded, be it;

    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to REQUEST FOR A FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE


    PLGU THROUGH HON. ROGELIO J. ESPINA FOR THE BARANGAY ACCESS ROAD
    REHABILITATION PROJECT AMOUNTING ONE MILLION PESOS IN BARANGAY SABANG, NAVAL,
    BILIRAN.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of the Governor, DILG and
    other agencies concerned for their information and guidance.
