2. Our idea does meet all the following three, simple criteria:

 Practicability – As we will be mentioning bellow, the organic food industry is


a direction that is increasingly developing every day. In our point of view, the
practicability is that the Era of Covid made people think about their immunity
and made us aware of the importance of taking care of our bodies, and it
surprised people with a significant purification of the environment. People who
care about the environment (each of us does at least a bit) will try to maintain
the condition of the earth as a minimum, and as a maximum they will try to
make it even better.
 Your ability to undertake the business idea - with certain
resources, knowledge, and the help of investors (who, just like us, are
interested in the sustainability of products), this idea can be undertaken for a
certain period.
 Whether it is likely to fit with your personal drivers and business purpose - As

part of Generation Z, we consider the environmental mission to be one of our core

missions. When we think about creating a business that will be solving one of our

main purposes it is definitely “The Organic Club”.

What are its features or characteristics?

“The Organic Club” is a store with organic and healthy products in eco-friendly
packaging. Products that are natural, pure and of the highest quality are brought from
the special farms.

The characteristics of the store will include benefits to both humans and the
environment.
The products will not include preservatives which would mean that the food will be
fresh.
The organic food will contain more beneficial nutrients and will not contain harmful
chemicals.
The farming of the organic products reduces soil erosion as well as pollution, it
conserves water, and uses less energy. All of which cause less damage to the
environment.

What customer demands will it meet?

Customers’ requests for products are simple: they want to be sure that the products
they consume are not dangerous to their health, without any preservatives.
Ever since the covid-19 pandemic, people have been paying more attention to their
health and coming to the realization that our normal everyday foods are not as healthy
as we think. Even switching to a healthier diet won’t do much good if you buy your
produce from a regular store due the high amounts of preservatives and additives,
that’s why with our brand we can bring this healthier all-natural alternative to the
UAE where there aren’t a lot of organic stores.
What problem will it solve for them?

Nowadays people take care of their health and their body. Therefore, to maintain
strength and a healthy body, people choose only high-quality products, without any
additives, but only those whose composition remains unchanged without any
additives. But there are so few products in the Arab Emirates that can satisfy the needs
of the buyers. therefore, our products will be environmentally friendly and natural. we
want people to choose healthy products at affordable prices.

What further development work still needs to be undertaken?

The further development that needs to be taken in terms of our idea is the name and
branding of our store as well as contacting local suppliers and working on marketing
planning.

What are the implications of this for the business?

Just like any other business, our business will also face implications. This can vary
from thinking, decisions, and action.

Investors may be inclined to choose companies that develop through inorganic means
since inorganic products have somewhat become the norm, making them more
appealing.

Another danger is that organic growth is very dependent on market conditions. It may
also be unable to respond to rapid changes due to its slow growth.

4. Describe as clearly as possible the types of customers (groups or segments)


who you think will buy your product or service. Why do you think each group
will buy your product or service, rather than that of your competitors?
Most UAE residents are advanced consumers and choose the products they consume
carefully. Generation Z and Generation Y are concentrated and aware of their health
and environmental problems of the modern world. That is, the consumers who spend
the most money on organic products are people under 40. If we look in the future, the
first words that come to our minds are environmental friendliness, purity of nutrition
and the quality of everything that enters our body (food, cosmetic products,
medicines). We will concentrate mostly on young parents, as they tend to prefer
organic products for their children, even if they do not pamper themselves often. The
availability of organic food still depends on the willingness of consumers to pay more.
Given the fact that the UAE is a country with a fast-growing economy and great
opportunities, we find the market in this country perfect for expanding the organic
food industry. There are many reasons why the UAE population will soon switch
completely to organic products, some of which are: focus on improving or
maintaining their diet and health (organic products are often viewed as a less harmful
alternative to conventional foods, as they are non-GMO and have less the effect of
pesticides and antibiotics); for environmental reasons; caring for the welfare of
animals; etc. Thus, we can conclude that most people have already started to prefer
organic products in eco-friendly packaging today.
