qualities do you have that will be suitable for the job position you have applied? And
why should I hire you? From the beginning of the communication to the end is what is
considered an employment communication. Why should employment communication
be considered important?
For example, if the person who the employer chose to randomly hire without an
interview, where to be unfamiliar and inexperienced with the tasks that are given, then
obviously the result would be dramatic in a negative perspective.
Now if the employer sat down to a conversation such as an interview to question the
person applying for the job, then it would be more of a possibility that the employer
would hire someone that would best fit the available position.
First of all employment communication should be seen in a positive action for the
reason being that it is an opportunity to express yourself. For the applicant, it would be
an opportunity since the applicant can explain his or her skills that are suitable for the
position. First of all you want to know what an employer will be looking in a job
applicant.

schedule, ask yourself can I plan and follow a schedule? Remember that a management
skill is very important and critical for any profession.

the surgery, if not the results can be drastic and can lead to an unfortunate tragedy. A
company who depends a lot on production, managing a schedule is very critical. Imagine
if the company’s employees did not follow the schedule, it is for certain that the sales
would drop.

where all those assignments pay off. Problem solving is very critical in business, an
employer will want someone who can be independent, capability to detect a problem,
brainstorm a solution in a timed matter and have the skill to implement them.
This will definitely prove to the employer that you are dependable no matter the
circumstances since the having the ability to solve problem is a big plus in a business.
Also an employer will see if you are capable of explaining in a manner that will not cause
any misunderstandings. Explaining things clearly is a necessary skill since the
information you offer may be important but it is even more important that it is
understood.

primary tool to many companies. Computers have simplified the work and with the
internet the computer has help reduce time spent to make a search, as to help
communicate with others from a distant.

important to be familiar with a computer and its function. The knowledge of working with
a computer is an extremely important skill that an employer will seek for in an applicant.

In order to have these necessary skills you may want to consider taking courses on
these subjects. All of the skills mentioned above are built throughout years and the best
place where you are given the opportunity to expand these skills is in your very own
middle school or high school. These skills will only expand if you invest the time to build
these skills; practice is the number one key to achieve a skill.
You can also improve these skills other than middle school and high school, by attending
college courses, in college these skills are often applied and forced in order to complete
the class. Another way you can improve a skill is by practicing with your friends and
family doing research.
A skill you would like to practice with your family and friends is communication skills,
sometimes communicating with strangers can be a factor since intimidation and shyness
comes in as an obstacle, but communicating with older family members and friends or
even someone who you are not really relatively close, will certainly help you overcome
such fear and without question help you gain confidence in yourself.
