    6 Electrical panels and other sensitive items are protected adequately.

    7 Water filling point is properly sourced.

    8 Required Drain points are provided and connected to drain network.

    9 Accessibility of Drain and Filling point.

    10 Required resources are available to tackle the Emergency cleaning / draining if required
    (like drums, sump pumps, manpower, watchman)…
