There are four stages in the implementation phase are:
 Custom activities
 Introduction to the programme
 List program targets and expectations for program improvements
 The smooth running of the program

2.2. Ice-breaking
The objective of this activity is to get to know each other more closely and deeply as well
as to forge a better and friendly relationship. It can also get to know the facilitator and
secretariat more closely and reduce psychological barriers to communication. With this
activity, participants were able to learn and understand how important it is to build a
more robust teamwork.
In the implementation of the activity, participants will be instructed to calculate
numbers starting from one to ten and then the participants will gather according to the
number mentioned earlier. The activity is so that participants will be able to stay with
participants who may not be well acquainted. The facilitator will inform that the
introductory session is very important, and each member of the group must appoint a
group leader and assistant group leader. The nature of this course we will use 2 activities
to identify these are:

i. Round circle game

Participants will be given a paper measuring A4 with a pen maker to record
their full name, nickname, age, race and place of residence and origin.
Each participant will be asked to introduce themselves as stated in their
paper. Once a custom activity in the group takes place, participants are asked to
remember the names of members in the group.
Finally, the group leader introduces all the group members to the rest of the
group.

ii. Guess friend game

The assimilator will direct all participants to make a circle according to their
respective groups. Each participant will be asked to remove the name tag and give it
to the facilitator and return to the artificial position that was formed earlier. Within
four minutes each participant should pronounce the names of all members of the
group without anything wrong or lagging. For groups that guess all the names of the
group members correctly and without being left behind will be counted as harvesters.

With this round circle activity and guesswork, it can strengthen the relationship

divided into 3 parts, namely:

programs to be conducted in several places simultaneously using
smartphones, video conferencing and Internet conferencing as examples of
current popular webinars.

problems, and can help to make decisions. Meanwhile, playing a role can help
participants to identify themselves and to learn how to overcome problems. Behavioural

4. Justification evaluation of the program that has been carried out

Justification is for the good of the company and improves the quality of the
company. Among other things is building compatibility between colleagues. Train and
establish an identity to handle tense situations. Make room for all employees to get to
know the hearts of work colleagues. A token of appreciation for staff management.

This event also has a big impact on employees as well as on the company as
well. From this team building they will also change their attitudes that are stubborn, not
listening and he is the only right one.

In the general view, team building will apply pure values and touch to each
other's hearts and souls about our origins. It will indirectly inspire us. From here if
anything happens then all staff will be forgiving and more harmonious in the
organization.

No more dissatisfaction, envy, and jealousy. This situation is a positive sign to

productive and motivates the company and leads the company towards a more advanced
direction. From this the company will go ahead and succeed. This is the objective of team
building.

The justification in the implementation of the method is that I chose the

method of group building it will involve training techniques that enable the effectiveness
of work.

The organization of Team Building has a positive and significant impact also on
the staff and the organization itself. As we properly handle talks and programmes there,
then it can provide awareness and awareness to the staff. They may be determined to
change and continue to give their best to the organization. At the same time, they may
BBDH 4103

also change their character which over the years may be stubborn, egotistical, self-
sufficiency is smart enough, not listening and thinking everyone is wrong and he's the
only one who's right.

In my opinion, if during the program, we can apply the values and touch to each
other's hearts and souls about our origins, associate it with the creation of God, and state
that this human being is the same in the sight of God... and we are all servants of God
who when the time comes to be invited to Him... then indirectly all of us at that time will
inspire ourselves and will spur ourselves only in the way that is blessed by God. Of
course, if this happens, then all the staff in the organization will be happier and more
harmonious, no more dissatisfaction, no more envy and envy... This condition gives a
positive signal to the productivity and motivation of their work and will ultimately lead to
organizational flexibility.

5. Summary
The organization is currently plagued with various forms of economic,
technological, and social trends changes. This has made training a very important thing to
ensure high employee performance and productivity. To ensure effective training
programs, it is recommended that organizations adopt a four-phase system approach,
namely training needs phase, phase, training program implementation phase and training
program evaluation phase. An effective training program is indeed something that all
employers want.
Through this system approach, a well-planned training program can be
implemented. Therefore, all parties in the organization should be involved in developing

knowledge and skills, as well as employees' attitude towards their duties can also be
improved to provide benefits not only to employees, but also to the organization as a

. Humans are social beings who cannot live alone and do all the work without
the help of others. Failures within the organization can also be reduced through teamwork.
Team formation is the process of increasing team compactness, productivity,
and efficiency by conducting activities that require members to collaborate. This process
relies on various aspects to guarantee its success. These include factors such as good
communication skills, goal clarity, shared leadership, and a sense of accountability.
In addition to the qualities, leaders need to be careful when choosing a team.
More specifically, they should choose teams based on diversity and skill levels. Overall,
team building helps companies achieve goals and foster healthy competition.
