The All World directories included in this package are updated monthly with the most current information
available and are ready for you to install and use. To ensure the most accurate assignment, install this update at
your earliest convenience. Please share this information with others in your organization who install or work
with SAP solutions.
The monthly All World directories are used by the following SAP products:
For a list of all available directories and their release schedule, see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2281775 .
Information Steward - Data Insight The directory summary report provides information about the contents of
the directories. The report is included in the directory package and has the file name
dir_summary_report_<mmmyy>.html.
If the directories that you own are not listed or you are having issues downloading files, see SAP Knowledge
Base article 1377859 for complete instructions.
Download your directory files from the SAP ONE Support Launchpad on the SAP Support Portal.
Note
If the directories that you own are not listed on the SAP Support Portal, see the section entitled "What to do
if the directories are not available for download."
1. Access the SAP ONE Support Launchpad on the SAP Support Portal at https://
launchpad.support.sap.com/#/softwarecenter and sign in with your S-User ID and password.
You must install all directory files in order for your assignments to be complete.
Note
If you install directories to a non-default location, see SAP Knowledge Base article 1576342 for
instructions.
1. Stop any processes that use the Global Address engine or Global Suggestion List.
2. Locate and double-click the SAPADRDIRALW4X<x>.zip file. WinRAR prompts you for the location in which
to place the directory files.
3. Browse to the folder where you want WinRAR to place the directory files and click Install.
By default, Data Quality Management SDK looks for the directory files in SAPBusinessObjects
\DataQualityManagementSDK\windows_32\DataQuality\reference_data.
4. Restart any processes that use the Global Address engine or Global Suggestion List.
Note
You must have an unzip utility installed in order to extract a .zip file. Contact your UNIX administrator to
install this, if necessary.
Also, if you download the files to a Microsoft Windows machine rather than directly onto the UNIX machine,
you must transfer the files to the UNIX machine in binary.
By default, Data Quality Management SDK looks for the directory files in SAPBusinessObjects/
DataQualityManagementSDK/<platform>/DataQuality/reference_data.
4. Restart any processes that use the Global Address engine or Global Suggestion List.
