    As there neither sufficient data were submitted regarding provided its functionality principle nor its
    supplied components, please confirm whether the proposed achieve the contractual demands or
    not, if not what is the substitute?
    1- The item incorporates the original Hess Pattern and by using complimentary red and green
    filters found in the Diplopia Goggles, Foster Torch and illuminated pattern on the Screen, the
    eyes are dissociated
    2- The item is produced from high impact polystyrene.
    3- The item has push button hand control
    4- The item has full diagnostic charts and Hess Recording Charts.
    5- Chin rest to be Provided
    6- Score sheet be provided
    7- Will the screen, where the examiner point the laser to a position on it, be provided?
    8- Will this item handle the pediatric cases (pediatric glasses) ? if no, why although there will be
    a pediatric patients come to treatment?
    9- In general; is it possible to supply the following item: Lees Screen from ophthalmedica
    company in UK as it adhere with the contract requirements.
