Creating or launching new services for our store was quite challenging. However, to
promote the service and increase sales we need a broader plan. As we know, we create our
product and service that like wayfinding trolley and we call it Loc8Me. We need to promote
and commercializing our product and services. Promotion is a key element in disseminating
the benefits of our services to customers. Well-planned marketing and promotion strategies
ensure long-term success and bring in more customers. These days, while social media is the
most effective tool on online platforms, promotional strategies need to go beyond radio,
television and print. It is important that our businesses use the right media tools to target
customers. There are five marketing and promotional our services that we applied in reaching
to our customer.
Focusing on email marketing is the one of the strategies for promoting and
commercializing our services. Email marketing is consistently changing at a higher rate than
social media. It can provide information and help achieve our business goals. Email
marketing also allows us to build relationships with customers and past customers. Much
lower cost than some other marketing tactics, email marketing offers businesses the
opportunity to provide interactive content direct to the consumer inbox. We can see which
users opened our email, if they clicked on any link with email marketing analysis. Our email
newsletter is a great place to make sure customers always know what is in our business. We
share what we are working on and via email newsletter we tell them about our new service
which is Loc8Me. Email is still the number one tool for everyday business communication.
Digital information services are often best for this purpose.
Second strategy on how to promote and commercializing our services is social media
posts. Social media also help in increasing customer traffic. Social media marketing
encourages online interaction between customers and businesses using various social
networking sites. Official media platforms can be included to leverage brand presence and
promote products and services. This effort is typically used in conjunction with traditional ad
formats such ad radio, television and print. Use social media platforms such as Facebook,
Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram can increase customer reach about the product and
services. We will post interesting information and pictures periodically to our social media
such as post how to use our services. This is an easy way to reach our audience and our
followers can share our post to their own profiles. We can also share our social media ideas
such as create a short video.
Another strategy to promote and commercializing our services is customer review.
The best ways to promote our new service is to let customers promote it for us. We ask
customers to write online review of the new services. Reviews will be invaluable when
launching a product to our more general audience. Review have the power to gain customer
trust and they encourage people to use our services. In order to generate new reviews and
gather valuable customer feedback, we ask for customer reviews once customer experience or
use our services. For example, we create flyers and give email that tell customers how to give
review and use website content to guide people to where they can give their feedback. We
ask them how they feel about their transactions and encourage them to share that feedback on
one of our review platforms. As we know, nowadays customers often send feedback about
their experience with business through social media and blog posts. Therefore, we use social
media tools and Google alerts to find brand mentions then we share what we find when
appropriate.
Besides, blog marketing strategy that effectively promotes our product or services to
target audience. Blogging is a very popular activity. Blog marketing is all the process of
advertising a website, business or service through blog media. Blog post a great channel for
getting the word out about our new services and we can share a link to the blog post via our
email or social media channels. Blog marketing are created to inform how valuable our
services are. Blogs can be an effective way to drive traffic and promote the lifestyle around
our services. Media such as photos and videos make our blog post more visually appealing
and memorable. Most of our customers at the beginning may not know how to use our
services. So, we use blogs to show the features our services through video tutorials. We
promote our services with interesting and helpful videos. Put video tutorials on this blog just
to educating our customers or learning our customers’ reactions to our services. Every time a
new product or services is launched, we will write a brief press release about it and upload to
our blog.
The final strategy how we are going to promote and commercializing our services is
implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Search engine optimization is a way to
optimize our website for search engines and improve our search engine rankings. Search
engine marketing is about getting visibility on search engines when users search for terms
related to our business and our services. The goal is that when people search through Google
for phrases that are relevant to our product, our website appears as quickly as possible. This is
great for search engine optimization, so that our business is more easily found by people
looking for the services we provide. We use Google because Google is the most popular
search engine in the world. Google My Business is one of the best ways to rank our business
in search result in our area and great way of promoting our services. Setting up a Google My
Business is not only for a search engine, but also can see customers reviews. Search engine
optimization strategies usually consist of several things. These include buyer persona
research, keyword research, and on-page Search engine optimization research.
