Ababa.

place to start our bet company.

Our business structure is built flexible version of a normal business structure. We understand that a
cross functional workforce is key to our success. We also plan to make sure that the leadership or
any staff team community of our business must be able to perform related tasks when the need or
the technical problem arise.

Financial analysis is done to realize the financial need to start the business, and the initial financing
requested for the business is ETB 552,000.00 in which all the money will be covered by the
partners.

environment of the sports betting industry could not be found.

1. President (General Manger)

He is in charge of directing the organizations financial goals, objectives and budgets. In


addition he is in charge of hiring, training and terminating employees.

In charge of not only selling but also maintain and improving relationship with the client. In
addition he is also responsible for keeping the necessary data and record for future reference.

2. Marketing Manager

The marketing manager is in charge of meeting the sales targets of the organization through
effective planning and budgeting. He also works on brand promotion.

He will be in charge of overseeing all other executive and staff within the organization and
promoting the business investment.

3. Application and content developer

He Is in charge of project management along with front end development advertising using
advertising words and other tools, implementation and optimizing. Also repose for managing
web traffic and analyses alternative accordingly to improve the investment.

And he is also responsible for designing the betting website and improving the site time to
time. In addition he is responsible for developing an online business strategy in collaboration
with marketing manager and be able to work with designers, web developers and content
providers to improve the site.

4. Cashier

The cashier is responsible for receiving cash from the customers and issuing cash register
receipt, keep the petty cash fund in safe custody and replenish when it is exhausted and pay
monthly utility bills.

Waliya sports betting will have 3 cashiers with the qualification of diploma / certificate in
accounting from recognized technical and vocational college and familiar in using cash register
machine.

The accountant is responsible for preparing settlement of all types of taxes due to the
government, prepare payroll and other staff benefit payments, collect financial documents and
prepare financial reports, and handle all financial related issues in consultation with the
management.

Waliya sports betting will have 1 accountant with at least diploma in accounting and from a
recognized college and 2 year of related experience.

Janitor is responsible for cleaning of the office and betting area. The area should be kept clean
to attract customers more. To achieve this goal we need to keep the area clean, fresh and eye-

experiences and responsibilities. The company gives a great emphasis in handling the human
resource starting from recruiting and hiring. Salaries, overtime payments and other benefits

- The percentage of ownership is as indicated below:

1) Endalkachew Deneke– 50.0 %

2) Kidus WoldeEmmanuel- 50.0 %

- The owners share profit and losses according to the partnership agreement which is:

i. The net income is divided in a percentage of 40 % to retained earnings and 60 % to be paid


to the partners

ii. 60 % of the portion of net income is paid to the partners according to the partnership
percentage

- The two partners has to make decision on the overall issues of the company

- The General Manager position will be among the partners

- The ownership of partnership can be transferred or inherited
