    As the sun rises in the east
    As the baby rose to his feet
    So a flower blooms from its bud
    To take a peep of the land.
     
     
    As the stars are shining in the sky
    Lighting paths at every mile
    So a school that opens in every heart
    To people of every walk in life
     
    Refrain:
     
    This is PLTC prouder as can be
    Soaring like eagles, roaring like the sea
    Simple beginning and is now shining
    PLTC flies all through the sky.
     
    Like a tree that bears more fruit
    Tendered by hands with skills and hard work
    So a school that offers you the best

    COLLEGE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE EDUCATION
     
    VISION:
    College of Criminal Justice Education: Producer of professional law enforcers who can readily serve the country, its
    people, territory, sovereignty, and government and God Almighty.
     
    MISSION:
    The College of Criminal Justice Education is bound to mold its students to become effective, efficient, critical and
    creative law enforcers who can be instruments in the preservation of lives and properties and in the maintenance of peace and
    order in the communities in which they live.
     
    PROGRAM OUTCOMES:
    After finishing the Bachelor of Science in Criminology degree, the PLTCI graduate must be able to:
    1. Apply knowledge, skills, attitudes and values essentials to the practice of criminology in the fields of Criminalistics, Law-
    Enforcement Administration, Criminal Sociology, Criminal Law and Procedure, Correctional Administration, Ethics and
    Community Relations and Defense Tactics;
    2. Conduct multi-disciplinary criminological research and use the results to improve peace and order situations, the practice of
    criminology, and the delivery of criminal justice education;
    3. Apply critical thinking in investigation and preservation of physical evidence in relation to the commission of crime and
    present the same court;
    4. Communicate effectively in speaking, writing and presenting using appropriate language; and
    5. Demonstrate social responsibility and pride in being a Filipino and as a God-centered criminologist.
