    HOMESTUDY 3r ESO A-B-C

    WEEK 20th-27th April

    Every Monday the teacher will post the activities to do in a


    Word document in the Moodle created especially for
    homestudy (20th April). The following Monday (27th) we will
    post the answers to the exercices in the class Moodle
    (English A-B-C). You will have to check your answers and
    send your teacher the corrected exercices the same day.
    This week we are going to focus on working with the new vocabulary.

    1. To introduce the topic you’re going to listen to a song about friendship. Click on the link
    and do the online exercices about the song “Count on me” by Bruno Mars.

    Click on finish to get the results. Take a picture/screenshot and save it.

    2. Now we’re ready to start with the vocabulary of the unit.. Go to page 74 of the
    student’s book and do exercices 1-2 on paper and handwritten. You need to copy
    the introduction to the exercice and the full sentences. The answers must be in a
    different colour but not red.

    Start a vocabulary list , your own personal list, on a separate piece of paper
    with the new words you’re learning and their translation into Catalan.
    3. More vocabulary. Go to page 78 and do on paper exercices 1-2-3 . You need to copy
    the introduction to the exercice and the full sentences. The answers must be in a
    different colour but not red.

    Don’t forget to write the new words in your vocabulary list.


     EXTRA VOCABULARY. Find the words in the wordsearch and match the adjectives to the
    pictures below. Include the new words in your vocabulary list.

    4. Write the name of your best friend or one of your friends and do the quiz. Write the questions
    and answers on paper and send it to him/her. He/she will correct your answers using red and
    will send it back to you.
    5. A bit of fun. Play Wordshake and see how many words can you get in three minutes!! Send a
    picture of your best score to your teacher.
