    Job Description of Sr.

    Network Engineer (Ericsson Integration)


    The work involves working on Ericsson eNodeB for Carrier addition, RF measurement and L1
    troubleshooting of alarms.

    Responsibilities:
     Perform eNodeB Integration using the Base Station Integration Manager (BSIM), Ericsson
     Network Manager (ENM) and Advanced Managed Object Scripting (AMOS).
     Provides advanced level troubleshooting support for Team and ensure smooth service
    delivery.
     Recommend changes to processes to facilitate the improvement of department’s
    performance.
     Maintain a track of Engineer’s training and based on the assessment of the training, suggest
    required areas of improvement to Engineers.

    Essential Qualification and Skills:


     Master or bachelor’s degree in EC, Telecommunication, or equivalent required with
    minimum 60% score.
     1+ Yrs of Experience in Telecom Industry. Relevant experience of 1+ Yr is required.
     Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
     Familiar with LTE network architecture and functionalities.
     Familiar with Ericsson OSS tools, Common Explorer& RBS Element Manager.
     Understanding of S1 & X2 Transport network parameters and Radio Network parameters.
    Hands on experience in Ericsson's Baseband units like DUW, DUS, BB5216, BB6630.
     Familiar with License Key Feature (LKF) activation & Software upgrade procedures using
    Software & Hardware Manager (SHM) - LTE (L18Q4, L19Q1).
     Familiar with Add Remove Network Element (ARNE) to add, modify and delete network
    objectsfrom the Ericsson Network Manager.
     Understanding of Remote Electrical Tilts (RET) and troubleshooting related to RET issues.
     Familiar with Alarm Handling & Fault Management. Ability to write Method of Procedures
    and Job Aides.
     Added advantage for Engineers who have worked for telecom operators in US/UK/EU
    countries.

    Working Conditions:
     9 Hrs. of Shift timings which includes Night shifts and odd shifts. (Cab facility will be provided
    for one way if shift login or logout timings fall at odd night timings).
     Ready to work on Indian/US holidays including weekends based on the Project requirement.

    Remuneration: As per Industry standard
