1. Operation guide
1.1Refueling and connecting electricity
The required voltage of this machine is AC 380V. Before starting the equipment, please confirm the
power supply voltage and wiring mode of the machine. The specific operation is as follows:
Fill up oil as shown in Diagram 1.1
1: Diesel fuel tank, please add special 4113 test pump oil (if not have, you can use clean diesel
replace), the amount of oil is added to the side scale More than 70%.

1.2 Switch Button Operating Instructions


1.1. Turn on the main power switch (the first step of all operations)
Turn the red power main switch on the right side of the device clockwise (to the horizontal direction)
as shown in Diagram 2.0. At this point, the entire device will be turned on and the PC will be

2.1Testing high pressure common rail injector (external)

1.Turn on the main power switch (the first step of all operations)
Turn the red power main switch on the right side of the device clockwise (to the horizontal direction). At
this point, the entire device will be turned on and the PC will start automatically.
The screen lights up and is displayed as a test interface.

3.Overview of the test operation process


1. Interface operation ,select the injector model
The computer interface is currently displayed as the home page automatically . and the automatic
test is selected. Steps: Next - enter the model, search – select injector number, load - start (as
shown in Figure 5.1 5.2 5.3)

4.Maintanance instructions and common troubleshooting

4.1Maintanance instructions
1.Check all pipelines every week, no oil leakage is allowed, otherwise the measurement accuracy will
be affected.

2.Need to clean the Y filter after testing 100 injectors (Twist the screw cap to clean the internal filter),
can be reused, as shown in Diagram 7.2.

3. For each injector with 200 injections, clean the filter shown in Diagram 7.2 (Twist the transparent glass
and clean inside the Copper filter), can be reused.

4.For each 1000 injectors tested, replace the filter shown in Diagram 7.3. This filter is not reusable.

4.2Common troubleshooting
1. Replace the rail pressure sensor
When the computer interface pops up the pop-up window as shown in Figure
8.1, please check the rail pressure sensor (if you need to replace the
sensor ,need keep same as the original model)

2.Check DRV
When the computer interface pops up the pop-up window as shown in Figure 8.2, please check if the
motor rotates. If it rotates, check if the DRV is loose or broken.
(If the motor does not turn, this pop-up window will pop up).

3.View the nozzle connection line


When the computer interface pops up the pop-up window as shown in Figure 8.3, please check
whether the two ends of the nozzle connection line are connected and check whether the nozzle
connection line is broken.

Note: If there are other faults during the normal operation of the test bench, and the computer interface
does not pop up the pop-up window prompt, please contact the relevant technical personnel of our
company.The staff will help you solve it so as not to affect your work progress.
