    MANIFESTATION

    COMES NOW, the undersigned counsel, and before this Honorable


    Court, most respectfully avers that:

    1. The petitioner did not receive the notice of hearing from the Honorable
    court for the collusion investigation for the instant case; and

    2. As the counsel on record, I was also not notified of the schedule, hence
    we were not able to attend the said hearing.

    3. This motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay the
    proceedings of the instant case.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that


    the instant manifestation be NOTED

    OTHER RELIEFS, just and equitable under the premises are likewise
    prayed for.
