As part of diversification and expansion of the product

line, Hidada has newly established a state-of- the art
manufacturing facility for process equipment in the year
2013. Hidada is duly certified by ASME to use U, U2, A,
S, PP Stamps and authorized by National Board to use R
stamp.

This facility is designed to manufacture pressure vessels

the art machinery, transforming raw materials into high

separate tools and consumable. A pragmatic approach
towards handling pressure parts of heat recovery steam
generators (HRSGs) and heaters has been implemented.
We plans to produce HRSGs to be fabricated and
shipped to site in the form of modules depending on the
client requirements. This combined with our capabilities to
produce drums and steel structure make us a one stop shop
for fabrication.
A dedicated technical team is in place to undertake all
activities related to engineering, quality control and project
management. Hidada has supplied process equipment for
Saudi Aramco, Sadara Chemicals, Khafji Joint
Operations, Saudi Airport Authority Projects sites. Our
Rolling Machine PED engineering team is proficiently using computer aided
design software for in-house engineering design and
detailing. The main software packages include
COMPRESS, PV Elite, Nozzle Pro, FE Pipe, Auto CAD
and Micro Station. We have highly skilled and experienced
team of welders qualified in accordance with ASME in all
the major welding processes mainly used in our industry.
Our QC personnel for VDI, NDT and treatment are
certified and highly experienced
